Kirarin Revolution 1
Let's see. We have extremely cute little girl as female lead, mascot, other cute girls, lot of funny shoujo expressions and some good music. Not exactly most original setting, but execution works very well.
I don't have much to say about this. Kirarin Revolution is cute little shoujo and i probably watch rest of the series too.

Well said. I found this first episode strangely compelling, actually. I thought all the more-or-less standard elements were extremely well handled. And the unique aspects gave it flavor: the imperturbable impulsiveness of the main character; her ridiculous gluttony; the humorous way her mascot echoed her actions; the effective large-eyed character design and the emotions it represented. And I don't think I've ever seen chibis used so effectively. Fun for the whole family.
